Transport Network Evolution _
Transport networks cover a set of technologies to efficiently transmit the services from the end-users (3G, FTTH or enterprises). The segments are metropolitan, mobile backhaul and IP/MPLS core. Moreover, it covers all transmission technologies: microwaves, optical and satellite.
To do so, transport network evolution team works on high capacity and scalable solutions that allows multi-vendor and multi-technology support. Standardization and interoperability demonstrations help to have more flexible and adaptable networks that can allow the efficiently use of our infrastructure.
