Scientific Advisory Council
Telefónica I+D's Scientific Advisory Council is an external advisory body.
Chaired by Mateo Valero Cortés, Director of the National Supercomputation Centre, it includes professionals of recognized prestige in both the national and international scientific and business world.
Its aims are to:
- Strengthen Telefónica I+D's relations with the scientific community.
- Identify the most relevant elements of the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector.
- Provide guidance on its possible scientific-technological development.
- Make recommendations on the approach of the research and development activities carried out by the Telefónica Group.
