The products Giff Gaff and 3GBox, in whose developments Telefónica R&D has been a basic mainstay, have been selected by Gartner in a report that identifies the 5 most innovative products of 2010 created by communications service providers.

 

The report makes a selection of products under the criteria of offering "potential for revenue growth or are likely to positively impact on costs or customer experience". The report can be downloaded at Gartner's website.
